I was hesitant to download vs a browser-based experience, but it makes good use of it.
I would love to see this expanded.
I do think the game would be better if it was a bit longer. Maybe have the pink resource need 100 instead of 10 to advance, I didn't even notice the other top tabs before I finished and moved on to the next area.
No Linux/Mac builds - can't try these gems :'( (not tried yet with emulators Proton/Wine, fingers crossed). Love your work, you are the Tarantino of the videogames, played the trilogy on Steam Deck and loved it (I am an old gamer, hard to find new game passions but you hit the spot) - in next game jams releases consider exporting builds for Linux if not too much trouble. Thanks for the awesome work <3
Incredible for a game made in 48 hours! Went in with unknown expectations and was still floored by it! Came looking for inspiration for the Global Games Jam this coming weekend, and definitely found it!
You get halfway through and start to understand like, oh yeah, it's kinda fucked up that I keep sacrificing and enslaving people just so my numbers can go up just to unlock new levels despite no promise of reward. On the grand scale these aren't people, just numbers- statistics to make better.
and then you get to the end and you truly understand the message: "mmmmm boba"

hahaha very good ending
This will go into my next devlog.
Remarkable! Some of the best 15 minutes I've spent on itch.io. Really excellent use of tension (and release) (and... refreshment???)
Absolutely recommend.

Bombastic!
Bobastic, even
It starts out with some awesome gameplay, then something goes horribly wrong and the rest is pure chaos. Classic Daniel Mullins.
Cool short game.
пусть я не понимаю английский но игра мне очень понравилась!
I was wondering why it was called Boba, until I saw the ending...
Liked when it kicked off :-)
wow!
i tried playing boba but i closed one of the windows and i couldn't open it back up
fuck yeah.
Hsving played Hex, Pony Island and Inscryption I went into this with my heart racing at a million scared for my life.
I was not disappointed.
why there is no mac version?
Hmmmm... expanding scale of what's going on and cool metatextual stuff to divide that scale. Oh, same guy who made Inscryption!
loved it. Very good ending.
BOBA

Incredible game! Solid Mechanics and the ending was just awesome. Well done!👍

My thoughts upon beating this: "So dumb. I love it!"
Crazy!I must control nine civilization with several strange characters in three windows.
Woah, I just turned multiple civilizations into tasty boba tea
